Next Level Staffing, Ltd is founded on over 50 years of experience in its management team.

John Dorau
President - CEO
John has spent over 20 years owning and operating a successful local Manpower Franchise in Southeast Wisconsin. In 2009 he sold that business in order to start a new company.  That new company is Next Level, a company that strives to provide services to its clients and employees at a new level.  As Owner and President of this business, John is responsible for the overall operations of the company, including compliance with all legal and financial obligations.  John ensures that Next Level employees are held to the highest level of integrity and ethical standing and are committed to providing the client with the best possible service.

Paul Ladson
Vice President - Professional Operations

Paul brings over 16 years of Professional staffing industry experience to Next Level. His background and experience in the Midwest and California markets as a manager, trainer and leader enables him to successfully oversee the development and implementations of this business line. Paul's primary focus is the development of professional and technical business combined with the management of professional operations and infrastructure.

Shannon Jaskolski
Vice President - Staffing Operations

Shannon brings over 7 years of full-service staffing industry experience to Next Level. She has been instrumental in building long-standing client relationships through successful placements and exceptional customer service. Shannon’s primary focus is the development of clerical and industrial business combined with the management of staffing operations and marketing.
