Our History
How Our Story Began
Next Level Staffing’s roots stretch back to 1968 when Ron Dorau founded the company as a Manpower franchise. His son, John Dorau, joined in 1986 and continued the family legacy after Ron’s passing in 1998. John took ownership and led the business until 2009, when it was sold back to Manpower Corporate.
Determined to continue the family tradition, John launched Next Level Staffing in 2009 alongside key team members Paul Ladson and Shannon Jaskolski. Shannon, hired as a staffing specialist in 2002, rose to Vice President of Staffing. Paul, who joined in 2003, remains Vice President of Professional Services today.
Together, with over 62 years of experience, they lead a company dedicated to serving Southeastern Wisconsin, providing unmatched expertise and commitment in staffing and recruitment.
